Healthy Yogurt Parfait Recipe

If you skip breakfast due to time constraints, try this yoghurt parfait dish. It only takes 5 minutes and 3 ingredients!  

– 2¾ cups vanilla yogurt or plain Greek yogurt (320g) – 1 pound fresh strawberries chopped (450g) – 6 ounces fresh blueberries (168g) – 1 cup granola


⅓ cup of yoghurt, a few spoonfuls of strawberries and blueberries, and 2 tablespoons of granola should be stacked in a glass or jar. Do the stages again.  

Step 1

Chill until you're ready to serve. If you want, you can add more granola on top.  

Step 2

Cut bigger fruit. Cut strawberries or other large fruits before making the parfait. Slice peaches, plums, mango, and pineapple. Add entire blueberries and raspberries.  


Try different fruits. Try your favourite fruit or whatever is in season—strawberries and blueberries are great. Blackberries, raspberries, bananas, pitted cherries, cut pineapple, mango, or apples are delicious!
